This southern Italian classic is a blend of 100% Arabica beans and roasted by our on-site roaster to “full city roast.” Full city is a medium roast that is reached after just a few minutes when the beans are caught between the first and second crack. The beans will exhibit balance between aroma, acid, and complexity, producing a smooth well-rounded espresso.

Although we will be happy to grind it for you, for optimum taste, we recommend ordering your espresso whole bean. For a traditional and exceptional cup of espresso, the beans should be ground immediately prior to use.

A heat-sealed valve bag will ensure the freshest coffee. Your gourmet coffee will be fresh roasted the day it ships. Enjoy!
